Did you know that January in Minnesota is often credited as being the coldest and heaviest snowfall month of the year? February comes in at a close second, so it’s fair to say we’ll have to weather these chilly days for a bit longer. Don’t despair though, there’s still plenty to do around Winona this week – and for those who don’t mind the chill there are a plethora of activities to enjoy outdoors these next couple months!
